Any program can be called successful only when it is well participated. In that sense, every program organized by the Arogya Sanskar Health Foundation is successful because every participant in them gets whole heartedly involved in them. Whether it is the monthly edition of ‘Hardik’, or the Samadhyan Workshop, people are 100% involved in them when they are doing the different asanas or when they stand up to share their experiences of the fight with heart disease.
