Consistency is by far the most important aspect of improving health. Everyone knows that exercise, diet control and planning the work are the things that need to be done every day. However, it is usually found tough to be consistent in these things. One needs to be reminded about them periodically. With this objective the Samadhyan Session initiative was started, which includes nine consecutive weeks of following the modified lifestyle.

In this session, the participants are educated about what is the correct lifestyle, how to examine health, how to use a diet appropriate to the season and suitable to one’s individual health, how to handle stress, what is the importance of physical exercise, correct asanas, pranayama, meditation, panchakarma therapy etc.
